What it is

Brings Yelp, Trustpilot and Healthgrades reviews in beside the Google reviews the platform already reads, through the same ReviewSource interface — one screen to see and reply to a review, wherever a patient left it. NHS.uk and RateMDs are added where each site’s own terms allow.

How it works

The usual shape of a patient-facing app. ReviewsWest’s own steps are written from its screen when it ships.

  1. Reach outMessages go to the patient in their own language, on the channel they use.
