SMS as a real conversation, not a one-way blast: a patient’s reply lands back on the same thread, from a number the clinic keeps, so a staff member can answer a question or confirm a booking by text. It joins UnifiedInbox alongside email and WhatsApp, threaded per contact.
It does not send marketing SMS without the consent ConsentLaw records for that contact and channel, and it does not replace a clinical alert that needs a guaranteed read — that stays on its existing channel.
