One receptionist covering several doctors in a coworking space answers each incoming call as that doctor’s own clinic — the right name, the right greeting — because the caller ID or booking link tells the desk whose patient is calling before they pick up.
It does not replace each doctor’s own booking rules — the receptionist books into whichever doctor’s calendar the call is for, on that doctor’s own terms.
