A brace or splint prescribed after surgery gets a wear schedule, and each follow-up visit records whether the patient is actually wearing it against that schedule — the single biggest reason a good repair fails is a brace left in the cupboard. A patient falling off the wear schedule is flagged before the next visit, not discovered at it.
It does not fit or adjust the brace — that stays a physical visit; the app tracks the prescription and the wear.
