What it is

The malignant hyperthermia protocol and the dantrolene stock it depends on are kept drill-ready: stock levels checked against the minimum an OT needs, expiry dates tracked, and the protocol steps rehearsed on a schedule, because MH is rare enough that without a forcing function the drill never happens until the real event.
