What it is

For a charitable trust running the hospital, every rupee is traced from its source — donation, grant, patient revenue — to where it was spent, on the categories a board actually asks about. It is built for a board meeting, not a tax filing: clear categories, not accounting-code detail.

The usual shape of a queue & board app. FundFlowBoard’s own steps are written from its screen when it ships.
