What it is

Three vendor quotes for the same item are logged side by side — price, delivery time, payment terms — before a purchase order is raised, so the comparison that justified the choice is on record rather than remembered. A purchase that skips the three-quote step is flagged, not blocked, so an emergency buy still goes through with the gap visible.

AskQuestions about what is on screen — “What needs attention in QuoteCompare today?” — answered with the records it read.
DraftSummaries and notes for the team, marked as drafts until a person signs.
Every answer shows its sources. Nothing AI writes is saved until a person accepts it.
