A structured pulmonary rehabilitation programme — supervised exercise sessions, breathing technique, and a six-minute walk test repeated on schedule — with each session’s breathlessness score trended so a patient and their pulmonologist can see the programme working session by session, not just at the final review.
It does not replace SpiroFlow’s spirometry grading — this tracks the rehab programme itself, not the lung-function test.
