What MoodChart does

A patient with bipolar disorder or depression logs mood and sleep daily on a simple scale, and the trend is shared with their treating clinician, so an early relapse signal — a sleep pattern shifting days before the mood does — is caught while it is still a small change, not after it has become a crisis.

What it reads

daily mood and sleep entries

What it writes

mood trend
Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: Full PHI.

What it does not do

It does not detect a crisis or contact emergency services — it trends the pattern for the clinician to act on.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
