What CKDDiet does

A chronic kidney disease patient’s potassium, phosphorus and fluid targets are tracked against what they are actually eating and drinking day to day, so a dietary slip that would otherwise show up as a lab surprise weeks later is caught and corrected while it is still just a slip.

What it reads

CKD stagelab resultsdiet log entries

What it writes

diet adherence trend
Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: Full PHI.

What it does not do

It does not set the dietary limits — the nephrologist or dietician does; the app tracks adherence against the limits set.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
