StaffGrievance

Let staff raise a workplace complaint and see it resolved by a deadline — not a patient one.

What it is

A separate channel for staff to raise a workplace concern — a manager, a colleague, a rostering dispute — that never touches the patient-complaint queue. Each case gets an owner and a due date, and a case that runs past it is flagged to HR rather than quietly closed.

How it works

The usual shape of a queue & board app. StaffGrievance’s own steps are written from its screen when it ships.

  1. It arrivesA new item lands on the board — from a booking, a referral or a colleague.
  2. Work itAssign it, move it along, see who is waiting and for how long.
  3. Close itDone items leave the board and stay in the record.

Rules it keeps

What it does not do, by design. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.

It does not investigate or judge a complaint — HR does; the app only tracks the case to a deadline and keeps the record of what was raised and decided.
