Every operated patient gets a wound-check schedule that runs to the standard 30-day (or 90-day, for an implant) window, whether that check happens on the ward, in the OPD, or over a phone call. Each check is scored against a standard surgical-site-infection definition, not a nurse’s impression, so a clinic’s own infection rate can be compared across surgeons and procedures instead of guessed at.
It does not diagnose an infection from a photo — a clinician scores the wound; the app only holds the schedule and the score.
