What it is

A scleroderma patient’s digital ulcers, nailfold capillaroscopy findings, and the annual organ-screening panel — lung, heart, kidney — are tracked together, because the disease’s real danger is in the organs it silently affects, and a screening panel that lapses is easy to miss in a condition that otherwise looks stable on the skin.

The usual shape of a register app. SclerodermaTrack’s own steps are written from its screen when it ships.
