Every robotic case gets a structured log: docking time, console time, blood loss, and whether the case converted to open surgery, against the same fields every time instead of a free-text OT note. Conversion is flagged and reasoned, so a surgical department can see its own conversion rate by surgeon and by procedure rather than relying on memory.
It does not connect to the robot console itself — times and outcomes are entered by the surgical team, not pulled from the machine.
