An Rh-negative mother’s anti-D prophylaxis doses and antibody titres are tracked across every pregnancy, because a missed dose in one pregnancy can sensitise her and put a future pregnancy at risk — a record that needs to survive between pregnancies, not reset with each new antenatal file.
