A single workflow for a POCSO or sexual-assault case: the MoHFW's 2014 proforma completed in order, the police intimation the law requires logged with its date and station, and an age estimation recorded when the survivor's age is not otherwise documented. The record is built to be produced in court, not just in the chart.
It does not replace the medico-legal case (MLC) register the hospital already keeps — it adds the proforma, intimation and age-estimation fields that register has no space for.
