A seasonal or interstate migrant worker’s health record travels with them rather than staying behind at the clinic where it was created, because the biggest gap in their care is a history that resets to zero every time they cross a state line for work — vaccination, chronic conditions and past treatment are what the record is built to carry.
It does not require any particular clinic or state to adopt it — the record is designed to be carried and read anywhere the worker presents.
