The enhanced-recovery-after-surgery bundle — early mobilisation, oral intake, catheter and drain removal, pain control without opioids where possible — tracked as a day-by-day checklist against the standard targets for the procedure done. A patient falling behind the bundle’s own milestones is flagged to the ward before it becomes a delayed discharge.
It does not set the ERAS protocol itself — that is the surgical department’s own bundle; the app tracks adherence to whichever one is in use.
