Records the marketing consent each contact actually gave, per channel and purpose, with the proof behind it: TCPA’s prior express written consent for SMS and calls, CAN-SPAM’s requirements for email, CASL’s express and implied consent with implied consent set to expire, and PECR’s soft opt-in. A send that lacks the right basis is blocked before it goes, not flagged after.
It does not send a message itself — SmsInbox, EmailSequences and the rest ask it first, and it extends the existing DPDP consent model rather than replacing it.
