Every arthroscopy finding and repair is logged against what the pre-operative MRI predicted, so a clinic can see, procedure by procedure, how often the scope confirms the scan and how often it changes the plan. The repair performed — meniscus, ligament, rotator cuff — is recorded in the same structured field every time.
It does not grade the MRI itself — it only compares the radiologist’s read against what the surgeon found.
