What it is

Every completed order carries a rating on whether it arrived on time, matched the quality expected, and held to the quoted price, and those ratings roll up into a running score per vendor — so the next purchase decision is made against a vendor’s actual record, not a memory of the last good or bad delivery.

How it works

The usual shape of a condition program app. VendorScorecard’s own steps are written from its screen when it ships.

  1. EnrolAdd a patient to the program; targets and check-ups are set from the pathway.
  2. TrackHome readings and test results fill the plan as they arrive.
  3. RemindPatients who fall behind get a reminder; the team gets a call list.

Rules it keeps

What it does not do, by design. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.

AI in VendorScorecard

AskQuestions about what is on screen — “What needs attention in VendorScorecard today?” — answered with the records it read.
DraftSummaries and notes for the team, marked as drafts until a person signs.
Every answer shows its sources. Nothing AI writes is saved until a person accepts it.
