What it is

A sub-centre, PHC or CHC is self-assessed against the Indian Public Health Standards’ own infrastructure and staffing norms — bed count, equipment list, sanctioned posts filled — so a facility knows where it falls short of the standard it is meant to meet before a government review finds the same gap.

The usual shape of a register app. IPHSSelfCert’s own steps are written from its screen when it ships.
