What it is

After a vitrectomy with gas or silicone oil tamponade, the patient’s required posturing and the retinal reattachment checks are tracked against the specific gas or oil used, because posturing instructions and the oil-removal timeline differ by tamponade agent and a generic reminder gets this wrong.
