The one note a doctor signs, fillable three ways and switchable at any moment: type it directly, tap a field’s mic to dictate just that field, or record the consult and let the AI fill the empty fields and mark what it wrote. Nothing the doctor typed is ever overwritten — an AI suggestion sits beside a field until it is accepted.
It does not sign a note on the doctor’s behalf or submit an AI draft as final — every AI-filled field is a suggestion until a clinician accepts it, and the doctor’s own signature is what closes the visit.
