A psoriasis patient’s severity is scored on a standard index at each visit and trended against the treatment they are on, so a switch to a biologic or a change in topical therapy can be judged against a real before-and-after score instead of a photo comparison.
It does not score the severity from a photo automatically — the clinician scores it at the visit; the app trends the score.
