In the states that never adopted the national Clinical Establishments Act, a clinic is registered instead under that state’s own Nursing Home Act — a different form, a different renewal cycle, a different inspecting authority — and this app tracks that registration on its own terms rather than forcing it into a national-Act template it does not fit.
