A leprosy case classified as paucibacillary or multibacillary under the National Leprosy Eradication Programme, its multidrug therapy doses tracked to completion, and the disability grade recorded at diagnosis and at release from treatment — the register a district leprosy officer asks to see.
It does not diagnose leprosy or dispense MDT — it classifies what the clinician found and tracks the dosing already prescribed.
