No. AI drafts notes and summaries and suggests codes, grounded in your own records. A named person accepts or discards every draft — the model never signs — and you can switch AI off entirely and keep the manual path.
Where is patient data stored?
In the database and object store we operate, on a VPS in Boston, United States. Optional AI, transcription, video and message delivery use listed sub-processors, and the trust centre names every one.
Do I need to replace my current system?
