Does the AI make medical decisions?
No. AI drafts notes and summaries and suggests codes, grounded in your own records. A named person accepts or discards every draft — the model never signs — and you can switch AI off entirely and keep the manual path.
Can I run it from my phone?
Yes. Every role works in the phone’s browser today, and the assistant answers by text or voice there too. Asking from WhatsApp is being built now, and native iPhone and Android apps come after it.
Where is patient data stored?
In the database and object store we operate, on a VPS in Boston, United States. Optional AI, transcription, video and message delivery use listed sub-processors, and the trust centre names every one.
Do I need to replace my current system?
