An incoming fracture is classified against the standard system for that bone and joint, and the trauma theatre list is ordered by clinical urgency — open fracture, neurovascular compromise, a hip fracture’s own 48-hour clock — instead of by who arrived first. The classification travels with the patient onto the operative note.
It does not read the X-ray or CT itself — a clinician classifies the fracture; the app holds the classification and orders the list.
