Post-concussion symptoms and the milestones toward returning to work or school are tracked after any head injury, sporting or otherwise, so a patient who is not recovering on the expected timeline is flagged for further review instead of being told the symptoms will pass.
It does not clear a patient to return to contact sport — that stays a clinical decision against the recognised protocol; the app tracks the symptoms feeding it.
