A billing counter built for a standalone or retail pharmacy rather than a hospital dispensary: GST on every sale, the Schedule H/H1 register for prescription-only and habit-forming drugs sold across the counter, an NPPA ceiling-price check before a sale rings up over the cap, and expiry stock routed back to the distributor as a return.
It does not dispense against a hospital admission or a ward — that stays with the pharmacy module already on the record; this is the walk-in retail counter.
