What it is

Every vendor bill and statutory due is aged from its due date into buckets — current, thirty, sixty, ninety-plus days — so the finance team knows what genuinely needs paying today, not just what is oldest on paper. A due crossing into a new bucket is what moves it up the list, not a manual reminder.

The usual shape of a queue & board app. PayableAging’s own steps are written from its screen when it ships.

Rules it keeps
