The usual shape of a queue & board app. OnboardCheck’s own steps are written from its screen when it ships.

Rules it keeps

AI in OnboardCheck

AskQuestions about what is on screen — “What needs attention in OnboardCheck today?” — answered with the records it read.
DraftSummaries and notes for the team, marked as drafts until a person signs.
