What CravingDiary does

Lets a patient log a craving as it happens and what they did about it, and shows their counsellor the pattern across entries — when cravings hit hardest, what’s actually working — at the next session instead of relying on memory.

What it reads

patient diary entries

What it writes

craving logs
Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: PHI-lite.

What it does not do

It does not intervene in real time when a craving is logged — it is a diary the counsellor reviews, not a crisis line.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
