What it is

The whole appraisal season on one timeline: self-rating against the year’s KRAs, the manager’s rating, a calibration step where ratings across a department are compared, and the increment or promotion letter generated once a rating is signed off. Every past cycle stays on the employee’s record, so a rating trend is visible without digging through old spreadsheets.
